The customer must pay 20% deposit of the total layby purchase. The layby must be paid off and collected within three months of the commencement date of the layby. If the purchaser , for whatever reason, cancels the layby, then the purchaser agrees to forfeit 20% of the full purchase price of all layby items as a termination payment to planet cycles.
